Pre and Post Construction Surveys
It is a main requirement for permit issuances of newer/redevelopment projects to ensure recording of structural and architectural defects among surrounding properties to the new (to-be developed) projects and ensure future conflicts do not arise.
Conditions of surrounding buildings are assessed using visual inspections, photographs and crack monitors, defects are noted down, and a pre-construction report is issued to the property owners for protection against future conflicts in case any deficiencies arose during/following construction.
